Excavate old damaged drainage, fit drainpipe, gulley and lay 8m new pipework to sewer.
Fantastic work carried out by enthusiastic, diligent and intelligent hard worker. More interested in doing a proper thorough job, than being off home early like some tradesmen we have had. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Luke for any groundwork, drainage, landscaping or general building work and we will be having him back to carry out more jobs at our property. On time, on budget, and completed to a very high standard with minimal disruption to our garden. Very happy.

Ground works/foundations for new property.
Would recommend but with provided additional changes made by not pre-negotiated. Also, we also had a delay on materials, no-ones fault and Griffin knew, said he would come back to site 2 weeks later to complete. Did not return despite repeated attempts to contact, eventually he texted to say he'd come in July and finish. Leaving us in lurch, we had always kept him fully informed of our situation and had always paid him promptly.

"Thank you for the recommendation. Yes we had a material delay, caused by the client’s insistence on ordering the materials direct. Had the materials been ordered when I originally asked for them there would not have been a delay.
I pride myself on my customer care, as can be seen by scores below.
In an effort to attain complete customer satisfaction I will not leave one job to start another. Nor will I leave a job once started to return to a previous job at the client’s beck and call just because the late materials have now arrived as that would upset the present client. I offered to return at the earliest gap in my work diary. This obviously was not good enough.
This job came to me via personal recommendation and was not attained through Checkatrade nor was a Checkatrade response sheet ever issued.
Yet this client in an effort to cover his own shortcomings has seen fit to downgrade my work ethic for no reason apart from his own ineptitude."

Wall alteration
Luke was the third builder to come out and look at this problem. First two builders (who I paid) left me with a toal eyesore. Luke sorted the problem out and I cannot recommend highly enough. Nice family man you are comfortable having in your home. Did a first class job and left no mess. Would use again and no hesitation in recommending.

Excavating site and then laying concrete base for garage
Access to the site was very restricted and involved using my neighbour's driveway. All skip removals and concrete delivery were achieved without incident. The work was started exactly on time and finished on time. Luke is knowledgeable and easy to work with.
