Once again, Mr Barrell performed an excellent service; moreover, his final invoice reflected the fact that the work took less time than he had anticipated. Our total confidence in Mr Barrell's professionalism was reflected in the fact that we were not present during the several days of this tranche of our ongoing rectification process.
