We had a continuing problem with a sewer drain and a rat hole. A repair had been carried out but the rat problem continued. Paul Batts (Guildford Pest Control) arrived within the specified time and went down the drain, identified the problem, sealed the entry point to stop the rats and filled and blocked 3 No x holes. Very pleased with work, reliability and manner and would use this company again.

The 2 options for pest removal were clearly explained on the phone as was the cost. On the initial visit they arrived on time and were courteous and efficient. It was the same on the 2 subsequent visits; the first to remove the captured squirrel; the second to remove the traps and 'proof' the loft against further invasion.

Very courteous and dealt with the mice very well. Put more trays up in our loft everytime they were all empty and charged us the same price. Squirrel left of it's own accord but mice caused more trouble than the squirrel would. Just called them again to sort out more mice as we did not sue their proofing service to stop them coming back. Hopefully they will be able to help us with that this time.

I called Paul this morning about bird proofing my gutter as starlings had been nesting there. He returned my call minutes after I left a message, called round in the afternoon ahead of schedule as he happened to be in my area that day and fixed the hole at the side of my roof quickly and efficiently, despite an awkward location. Paul and his colleague were friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend them.

Gel was put down as I was told this would be taken back to the nest and the ants destroyed. However the ants were swarming and flew away or died after mating and did not go back to the nest so problem not resolved. Had to get in another company who solved the problem. However operative very courteous and kept fully informed when he was running late.
