We were given a quote by phone and then Richard followed this up with a written quote through the post. He arrived at 8am to do the work and was very thorough, methodically going around the house and fixing all the guttering that he had noted needed repairing when he came to do the initial quotation. When the work was finished he tidied all his tools and ladders away and left no mess. Excellent and efficient workmanship with no stress whatsoever.

Excellent work. Richard arrived early and as well as dealing with the job at hand also spent time to point out some issues with the guttering and made good on these where possible. He also took the time to clear the downpipe on the roof of a bay window. Everything was cleared away and Richard even reduced the quoted price as he'd done the work on his own and not with a colleague as originally stated. Two days of torrential rain and no problems with the gutters. Would definitely use Richard and Gutterite again, and would highly recommend him and his company to others.

Although this was quite a small job I was happy that no attempt was made to 'sell' me something I didn't need. Richard arrived promptly, diagnosed the fault quickly, said what needed fixing, gave me a price which we agreed and did the job there and then. The work was completed to a high standard and to schedule. I found Richard from Gutterite to be informative he explained the details of the job so there were no hidden extras. Richard was careful and tidy whilst at my property. Where other companies had tried to maximise the job potential Richard inspected the work to be done and gave me alternatives to the previous suggestions to ensure I received value for money.
