We have used Kirk a couple of times now and wouldn't go anywhere else. He has given us sound and honest advice each time he has been round. He had to remove out two old boilers and replace with a new worcester bosch combi. The job was completed quickly and neatly and he made every effort to cause as little disturbance as possible. My only slightly negative thing to say was that it a bit dusty at the end but the house needed a thorough clean anyway. Another good job done. Thanks.

Both Kirk and his builder/tiler Roy were very polite and great at communicating and giving advice.The initial quote went up due to problems which were unforseeable at time of quote and extra jobs in a reasonable way. Very happy with the new bathroom, both Kirk and Roy are very recommendable.

Kirk and his tiler/fitter Roy fitted out my bathroom to a very high standard at the pre-agreed price also they were clean and tidy. Both made the effort to ask/consult you at different stages of the job to make sure you new how everything would be done. They are always contactable and polite. Kirk came back at a later stage at short notice to plumb my new kitchen sink and dishwasher machine in . Again the work was of a high standard. He has now fitted 3 bathrooms in my circle of friends and everyone is very happy with the work

We are a property management company and I first found this company on Checkatrade several months ago and employed them to replace a boiler. I have since used Kirk Hackshaw for several other jobs in various properties including a power flush, gas safety certificates, servicing, tracing leaks and several other smaller plumbing jobs. He always gives a clear explanation of what is required and why, and his charges are very reasonable. Mr Hackshaw is extremely reliable and has become our first contact for anything relating to plumbing or heating. Kirk has always arrived on time throughout the duration of his work. He works really hard and non-stop. He ensures that all of our questions/options were to our understanding before he carried out the work. He never seems to be bothered by the unforeseen problem when he discovered a leak on our old gas line and had fixed it really quite well with very minimal damage to our floor and ceiling. One thing good about this lad is the quality of his work and his dealings. He didn't ask for any deposit to get the job started unlike other tradesman. We only paid him after we are truly satisfied by his work. We are indeed happy with our shower and the new boiler . We would not hesitate to recommend Kirk. We will definitely use him again when we do our kitchen in the coming months. Thanks Kirk for the wonderful work.
