Put in new lock and gained entry to flat when keys were lost.
Haines couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and courteous. Very prompt and nothing was too much trouble. My only set of keys to a new flat had been lost by some builders and they gained entry to a highly secure lock and changed it for me, as well as sorting out a problem with some window locks (which required two trips back to the shop) for no extra charge. Very impressed!

Open locked door with key broken in mortice lock and replace lock.
Brilliant service! He arrived within 15 minutes of calling and removed and replaced the lock in about 30 minutes.
