The locksmith arrived on time and managed to extract the key within seconds. He then gave us the option of leaving the lock as it was or fitting a new barrel for only an extra £20. He also fine tuned the fitting of the hinges making the door much easier to close. Excellent service and great value. The guy at the shop who I called first was also very friendly and helpful

I would thoroughly recommend Haines Security, and will use them again if I ever need a locksmith. The staff in the shop were very polite and helpful, as was the locksmith who came out to do the work. He was 45 minutes later than I had arranged, but apologised more than once for this, and to me it just shows how in demand their services are. The work was completed quickly and to a high standard. A very good company to deal with.
