Where did Halo Aerial and Satellite come from??? Having worked for many of the large Satellite, Cable and Aerial companies over the years I knew I could provide a service that sometimes the others don’t.

Then the name HALO AERIALS came about simply because over the years customers said it was great to get a good service and that I was a nice guy. Then one lady said I was her TV hero and that I should have a halo over my head ........ a little corny but it made me think.

Customer calls come in from all over and I simply book in each customer as they call so please just pick up the phone, 0800 is free from a land-line or just text me. I will get back to you.

I try to give a price over the phone and always a free call out. If you are happy with the price and how I suggest the installation should be carried out then if it’s convenient for both of us I will complete the installation there and then.

I try to keep it simple, with the understanding that every job can be done... it’s just a case of working out how. Then I make sure that I keep it safe, neat and tidy and just get on with it.

When others say to you “SORRY it’s too high, it cannot be done”, or you simply just want a man with 20 years of installing aerials, dishes, sky, hot bird, phone points, full 5 and 9 wire IRS Systems extra outlets or even just a simple service call to get your TV up and working again... call me!

Relocating sky connection point and installing new phone jacks

Laurence was great - he discussed the various options to us at the start of the job and even when the job ended up taking longer and being more complicated than expected he did not charge us any additional costs. He was very knowledgeable and went to the effort to make sure we understood everything and how it worked at the end of the day. I would highly recommended him for any work you need regarding an aerial/satellite job.

Freeview aerial installation

Fantastic guy! I chose him because I needed the job done on the same day as I am not the most patient of people. Great customer service, exactly what it said on the tin, went out of his way to get me the box I wanted. Extremely attentive to my requirements. I do not exaggerate when I say I wasn't even sure he was finished because I had to look extra hard to see the wiring after he was done! I was quite apprehensive before I booked this job online, but I must say, he was fantastic. Would definitely recommend him.

Realigned dish and ran cabling from dish (on 4th story roof) into living room

10 mins late is the only v v v minor blip on an excellent, friendly, competent service. Enjoyed Laurence enthusiasm. His bravado was only equalled by his ability to get the job done swiftly! Definitely recommended.

Supplied new aerial, fitted 3 new sockets and removed old aerial

Halo supplied and fitted a new aerial, fitted new sockets to three rooms and removed and disposed of our old aerial. Left each room spotlessly clean and tidy, a great job. We're very impressed and glad we called Halo - great price too!

Two satellite dishes installed on loft extension dormer roof

Laurence was able to view the house with google earth and street view and give an estimate over the phone. He arrived as scheduled and carried out the work with minimum disruption. The dishes are set back on the roof and the cabling behind a downpipe so there is no visible alteration to the outside of the house which is what we wanted. Efficient, courteous and he knows his job and I highly recommend him.
