Laurence was great - he discussed the various options to us at the start of the job and even when the job ended up taking longer and being more complicated than expected he did not charge us any additional costs. Fantastic guy! I chose him because I needed the job done on the same day as I am not the most patient of people. Great customer service, exactly what it said on the tin, went out of his way to get me the box I wanted. Extremely attentive to my requirements. I do not exaggerate when I say I wasn't even sure he was finished because I had to look extra hard to see the wiring after he was done! I was quite apprehensive before I booked this job online, but I must say, he was fantastic. Would definitely recommend him.

Laurence was able to view the house with google earth and street view and give an estimate over the phone. He arrived as scheduled and carried out the work with minimum disruption. The dishes are set back on the roof and the cabling behind a downpipe so there is no visible alteration to the outside of the house which is what we wanted. Efficient, courteous and he knows his job and I highly recommend him.

I arranged this work on behalf of my elderly mother. I explained the job and was given a quote by phone. The next morning Lawrence arrived and quickly completed the work as requested. The quote was honoured and he brought his own vacuum to tidy the dust. My Mum was quite impressed and when I asked if she would recommend him to others she replied "Ooo yes!". A satisfied customer.
