Sarnafil single ply with green roof and solar panels
We supplied and installed vapour barrier, insulation and Sarnafil single ply membrane to the main roof, terrace and cornice ready to receive solar panels and a green roof finish.

Lead roof
The existing mastic asphalt had failed and the client wanted something more durable. We stripped the existing roof and deck, insulated and decked the roof allowing for ventilation and installed a code 5 lead roof complete with new water tank, housing and render to the parapet walls.

Solar PV
The client wanted to have a Solar PV roofing system installed to generate their own electricity, benefit from the Governments Feed In Tariff FIT and at the same time helping the environment by reducing their carbon footprint. We installed a 2.5 Kw system consisting of 10 solar panels.
