We are a company called Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd and we were established in September 2002.  

 

After working for many years as a contracts manager, I noticed the downfall of running contracts and formed my own company.  Our aim is to give our uppermost to achieve a professional service/standard and endeavour to keep the customer and clients happy with the works we carry out.  We specialise in carrying out complete or part refurbishments of kitchen and bathrooms including disabled, for domestic & commercial properties including hospitals, schools and Ministry of Defence bases.  Our operatives are fully trained in carrying out the installation of domestic & commercial hot and cold water supplies, heating pipework in copper or steel.

We cover all aspects of disabled adaptations, from simple things such as installing grab rails, ramps to fully adapted bathrooms / wet rooms and kitchens both domestic and commercial.

We have carried out major installation works within the Bordon and Aldershot, barracks.  We have carried out the maintenance repairs for the married quarters, this contract has now ended, this included, out of hours emergency calls carrying out all types of plumbing works, boarding of windows/doors, locks and general carpentry works. The last two years we have been carrying out housing repairs, this has given us experience and knowledge of the areas to carry out a specialized maintenance program and we feel that we would like to increase our workload within the housing maintenance.   We have carried out refurbishment works on flats in London, which consists of kitchen and bathroom installations and decorating works. 

Currently we are undertaking works at Basingstoke & North Hampshire hospital, the works include, plumbing refurbishment including cast iron works, refurbishment of wards, disconnection, removal and installation of new sluice rooms, refurbishment of W/C areas including hot and cold facilities and installation of TMV’s (Thermostatic Mixing Valves).

Hampshire Property Maintenance Ltd comprises of experienced, efficient, highly motivated team of plumbers, electricians, carpenters and multi-trades men who are supported by a proficient and well-run administration team and can carry out the following:

  • Servicing of domestic combination and water boilers, gas fires, installation of gas cookers/hobs/ovens.
  • To install and service TMV Valves (Anti scold) in accordance with TMB3 Safety Regulations

Bathroom fitted upstairs,downstairs bathroom converted to cloakroom,5 ceiling plastered,2 rooms completely plastered,new light fittings and lights centralised, painted throughout, cupboards fitted in bathroom and kitchen,hallway extended new wall and doors fitted

Very pleased, actually delighted. Work was completed on time to budget. Nothing was a drama. Any little thing I mentioned was taken care of in a positive and polite manner. Boss man was always checking and picking things up I did not see and rectifying them. Cleared up every night, the work went on for 7 weeks. Any additional items we done always happy to give advise and suggestions. No complaints what so ever. I would definitely recommend these guys to family and already have.
