Very pleased, actually delighted. Work was completed on time to budget. Nothing was a drama. Any little thing I mentioned was taken care of in a positive and polite manner. Boss man was always checking and picking things up I did not see and rectifying them. Cleared up every night, the work went on for 7 weeks. Any additional items we done always happy to give advise and suggestions. No complaints what so ever. I would definitely recommend these guys to family and already have.

I have had several bad experiences with so called professional Builders/Plumbers etc. Martin took my concerns on board, The work was excellent, they were tidy, always turned up on time. In fact I cannot praise them too highly. Would recommend HPM to anyone who needed work doing and will certainly be using them in the future.

Large project, 4 new bathrooms, new kitchen, tiling, plastering, heating , electrics , plumbing and complete interior/exterior decoration. They took time and did all works properly. We were out of the country for 3 months whilst main works were carried out, and were delighted when we came back. Took longer than we expected, but because there were loads of changes which were cheerfully managed - often only extra materials charged. Hope we never do this again, but if we do I know who we will use. Thoroughly dependable, reliable, do great work and cost effective - totally recommended. All the team were a pleasure to deal with - every one of them.

I am in rented accommodation so I am unable to comment on the accuracy of the estimate, but am very satisfied with the work carried out, it was carried out quickly,efficiently and all areas were left tidy.
