We gave Gary and his sons the job of removing a section of double skinned structural wall and installing a 5 metre long structural steel to replace it. They arrived exactly on time and skillfully removed the wall and maintained the structural integrity of the building. All debris was removed as efficiently and cleanly as possible. The very heavy beam was skillfully installed and brickwork made good. This family business did everything asked of them professionally and politely. I would definitely recommend them as a good quality local firm.

Hampshire Property Services did a fantastic job in demolishing a high level chimney above the roof of my house. This was made easier because they were able to erect their own scaffolding and did not have to subcontract it. The work was started and completed on time, and they left the working area very clean and tidy. They are a family firm which also is nice. This is the first time I have used this company and I will certainly be using them again. I would recommend them to anyone. Many thanks to Gary and his sons for a job well done !!!

They did a fantastic job in all areas. In particularly, they rebuilt an old conservation red brick wall and two chimneys beautifully. They renovated 4 bathrooms and kitchen +utility room, in particularly Gary's tiling was perfect considering that there was not a straight floor/wall. They helped us to convert existing bed-sit rooms into bedrooms by removing old kitchenettes and electric fireplaces. They removed a stair case and made new door openings. Fixed damaged areas of the roof, etc. We were extremely pleased with their work and I found them very easy to deal with. Gary is particularly good a coming to fix anything straight away if it is not right! We will be using them again.

What a great team, professional, punctual and polite. They came round to discuss the job and had a detailed plan and break down of all costs. Once work had started they were flexible enough to cater for the changes we made and gladly accommodated extra work and a very reasonable rate. Once we have decorated they are happy and willing to come back to help with final detailing. They have made our move to Southampton so much easier and I would personally recommend them to any friends or colleagues at work.

The main criteria for any contractor is would I use Gary again and the answer is a definite yes. I would, without any concern, recommend Gary very highly to anyone considering a new build or any other work. Especially those involved for the first time. The only suggestion I would add is to go through the specification with Gary to ensure all are fully aware of the details. There were some problems with the estimate with Gary relying on a third person for the estimate without thoroughly checking, not entirely his fault. Hence the score but he has since sorted this. Could have been tidier. Overall though very good and very honest and trustworthy. Helped resolve problems resulting in a better design.
