I've used Mark (and his crew) before, and the real clincher is he treats your home like it was his. They look for ways to fix things that are both resourceful and practical as well as on budget and they dont give up til the job is done to a high standard. My utility was a mess, full of damp and a wet floor. Others quoted the usual damp proof course route without much thought; Mark dug up the floor inside and out, until he was satisfied he had found the problem - then made it look beautiful, and warm! Worth every penny.

Recommended by friends after they had a re-modelling of their house and very much worth it. Excellent in all aspects of the very bitty list of things that needed doing. We were kept informed of all progress and always asked when a decision needed making - i.E. No assumptions were made because of any lack of absolute direction from ourselves. Result was top quality work done in a minimum of time as nothing needed un-doing House was kept clean throughout with everything protected during the daytimes - even some areas that were not being worked in ! Very friendly blokes as well - no problems leaving them in the house on their own.

Honestly never thought my house could look so utterly fantastic - the painting looks like its been sprayed on, the bathroom looks brand new (they did the bath seal as well as painting/wood work) - such a breath of fresh air from others in their trade. The men arrived on time each day and when delayed by rain extra workers came to keep the job on schedule. They were meticulous in clearing up afterwards and unfailingly pleasant and polite. Extremely well organised throughout the week and did not charge for one or two extra pieces of work. Their estimate was reasonable and proved to be very good value. We would not hesitate to recommend them.

Team of three young men, worked without stopping to complete all jobs and also did a couple of extra things I asked for, charging a very reasonable price. They were so courteous, took their shoes off inside and left no mess. Work was completed to an exceptionally high standard and if it weren't for the fact that the jobs had been done, I would never have known they'd been, not a speck of dirt anywhere. I will definitely use them again and will be recommending them to everyone I know. Superb value for money. I say enough good things about them!

My first impression on meeting was the friendliness and honesty and that a fair and reasonable quote would be given for the work in hand.. Mr. Williams and his son arrived on time and promised that I would not be charged if they could not fix the problem. True to their word, they discovered what was wrong (when other plumbers could not) and would not take payment until I had several days to make sure it was fixed. The problem has gone away and cost me very little. Mr. Williams was reluctant to even charge as not difficult to fix and others had failed. Very impressed.

There were issues in a few areas that I was not happy with the quality of the workmanship & I therefore removed the person & put a new team in & completed the work to the customers & my own satisfaction. The customer had several other issues & I took his word against my own employee & offered a 15% goodwill discount which the customer accepted. The customer then asked that I complete the estimate for his extension. I declined the work as I felt our business relationship was unstable. I feel, sadly, that this report highlights this.
