Maintenance of hot water tank.

Matt was on time and carried out the work in a timely fashion. Explaining what the problem was and how much it would be. Although he had to get a certain part an invoice was produced to back this up and the cost of call out/investigatory work was good. Also advised what would need to happen if this did not work which incidentally was not the case. A quality job done and would have no hesitation using Matt again and also recommending him to others.

Fitted two downlights.

We asked Matt to do a tricky job for us which he did willingly, making constructive suggestions to complete the job successfully. He was punctual, very tidy and courteous. We would recommend him unreservedly.

Install new hob, power circuits and consumer unit

The work took place over time during the complete refurbishment of a property. Matt kept in touch and completed fixes and snagging as required. Always helpful and willing. Highly recommended.

Bathroom lights and extractor fan

Matt was extremely prompt and concise with his communication prior to his visit. Matt also performed admirably and showed great experience and knowledge. I was most impressed when Matt needed an extra part, and went out to get it in order to complete the job. A great recommendation that I'm glad I followed up on, and I'll be using Matt again.

Complete test of all electrical circuits in a 50 year old flat prior to purchase

Mr Matt Spaulding submitted the quotation to carry out remedial work in the January of this year prior to me making my offer to purchase. I knew from his detailed report which listed many faults that a total rewire though unlikely was still possible. I purchased the property and moved in at the end of March. Mr Spaulding was able to carry out all the remedial work to current safety standards, and according to his original estimate, which included earth bonding light fittings, rectifying power plug faults and lights not working, and fitting a new distribution box with RCD tripouts to replace the old style fuses. He saved me the considerable cost of a complete rewire which would have caused me a financial headache. His honesty, and professional attention to detail was admirable, and I would not hesitate to recommend his services.In fact I have already done so. C Webb
