Emergency - water in outside plug
Fantastic service - James came the day I called him and all back to normal after the builders we had in had left outside electric cables uncovered and full of water which tripped house power as well.

Work on a shower to replace wiring and update circuit breaker
James responded extremely quickly to our call, and how refreshing to be in the company of someone who clearly knows his stuff, but who doesn't make you feel like an idiot! He took the time to listen to what we had to say, explained everything clearly without expecting us to be experts. Really cannot find any fault in what James did, whatsoever, so it's a straight 10/10. Thank you, and we will definitely use Harold Brown again.
