Replacement Central Heating Boiler

This work was carried out at the home of my elderly mother. The 'two Daves' were a pleasure to deal with - they worked hard and always strived to cause minimum disruption. Courteous and professional in every way. The site was left clean and tidy and advice was given about the controls on the new boiler. We will be happy to continue to use HHS for ongoing servicing and maintenance. We felt that the price was about right and at no time felt under any pressure to purchase.

Replacement boiler and system upgrade to current regulations

Very pleased with the quality of their service. All very efficient, hard working likable people, very good to deal with from the office to the installation engineers. I like the personal service, Mr Harrison reviews the work site and discusses all the aspects of the work with the customer and the installation engineer, 2 visits made during a 3 day job. I would happily recommend them to others, would use them again.

Re pipe gas from meter to cooker and boiler

We've used HHS quite a lot in the past but we were especially pleased with the service this time. The engineer turned up on time and it only took 1.5 hours to complete the job, when we had been quoted half a day by the British Gas engineer that disconnected the gas due to a leak. Anyway, thanks again HHS!

Had 2 gas fires serviced

Engineer was polite, prompt, prepared area with dust sheet etc, used his own vacuum cleaner to clean up afterwards. Explained what he was doing and why. Was very thorough.

Repairs to broken boiler

Although HHS does not offer an 24 hour emergency after a panicked 'phone call from me in recent (sub zero!) weather stating my boiler had stopped and my elderly dad was due out of hospital. This happened on a Friday and the thought of a cold weekend with no heating or hot water with a young family and ill father was stressing me greatly. An engineer came out within 4 hours - in horrible weather conditions I would add. He explained the problem (frozen condense pipe) sorted it and was polite and patient - especially faced with a somewhat hysterical woman. The receptionist was also lovely and managed to calm me down when I phoned - she stated she would try her best to get someone out. I have used HHS before and have always found them helpful but this was beyond the call - the charge was less than I thought (and feared!). Would recommend this company and really cannot thank them enough!
