Emergency - burst water pipes and blown electrics. Mick Daws responded promptly and established that a bare electric wire had burnt a hole in water pipe. He replaced leaking pipes and restored water supply. He arranged for an electrician to renew electric cable, replace blown fuse and restore electricity. Everything back to nomal within a short time after work started.

The service that Harvest Plumbing and Gas offer is extremely reliable which I have found invaluable as a landlady living a fair distance away from my property. Mick even reminded me when the gas safety check was due, which I think is going above and beyond the service offered by most plumbing companies! I was also very grateful that last minute additional work that needed doing (repairs to my toilet) were fitted in, despite the fact that they are booked up months in advance, and Mick and his team made the time to go back a week or so later in order to carry this out.
