To say I am impressed with the standard of work is an understatement. Chris turned up on time each day and laid covers over the carpets before starting work. We asked for a full bathroom makeover replacing everything and this is exactly what we got and more than was unexpected! We even had chrome trims around the tile edges which totally makes the new bathroom. I would often spend time chatting to him whilst he was working as he is a genuinely nice guy. I am extremely happy with all aspects of the job from the new bathroom, to the cleanliness the house was left in. We are now discussing doing the en-suite as the main bathroom is superb. I wouldn't hesitate to suggest him to others based on what he has achieved in my house.

I was extremely impressed with the communication we received. Chris did a fabulous job of project managing our new kitchen, bathroom and boiler installation. Nothing was too much for him. He was extremely friendly and trustworthy. The work was completed exactly. On time and to an excellent standard. He arranged for our carpets to.Be cleaned afterwards and for the house generally to be cleaned. I would highly recommend Hayward Pipe work services to anyone and wld have no problem with calling Chris back if I needed work in the future.

Out heating went off in the evening, I phoned Chris at 8:30am and because of my age he treated it as an emergency and was with me within an hour and fixed the boiler quickly and efficiently.

Chris's work is faultless, the job was delayed time and again due to the builders doing the build but Chris accomodated everytime and worked really well with the other trades. He even popped in several times to check on progress. His advice without doubt saved me a lot of money and improved the overall finish. The quality of work is beyond reproach and the price was more than fair, there were no hidden suprises unlike many of the other tradesmen involved and on top of that he is a nice guy to have around. 100% recommended.

Chris was very thorough, despite being with us for nearly 12 hours. He was recommended by another plumber, and we have already entered into an annual maintenance contract with him.

I have used Chris before and so have others that I know. I have recommended him to others who have also been very happy with his work. This time Chris came out in an emergency (within a couple of hours) as our drains were heavily blocked. At a great price he professionally cleared the drains leaving them, and area, like the block had never happened. Thank you again for your services, I will be using you again, should the need arise.

Chris came out only to find the cooker I had purchased was too big legally in regards to the kitchen units around it, he chose not to fit the cooker for health and safety reasons, which is admirable. He did not charge me for his time and I called on him a second time when we had the cooker replaced. He did a great job at a great price and I have recommended him to others.

Chris gave us a very reasonable quote for a complete refit of our bathroom which included installation of a new shower, tiling floor to ceiling and moving the sink. Chris was a pleasure to have in the house. His work is exemplary and he was polite and friendly. We knew hot tap was leaking but suspected another leak under bath. Mr Hayward had to turn back fitted carpet to remove the curved side of a corner bath. The whole job took approximately one hour. It was a minor job but done to my satisfaction and his charge was reasonable.

Chris rang to say he would be later arriving as he was held up somewhere else, which showed consideration to his customer. He came and did a very good job on the overflow and at the last minute I asked him to unblock the sink in the bathroom, which he did. All in all I was very satisfied with his work and will recommend him to my friends. His charge was very reasonable too.
