Our company based in Horsmonden in Kent was set up three years ago. However, as a company we have over fifteen years experience working in both residential and commercial property both here and in Europe, we ourselves own over 1,500m2 of commercial space and six residential properties which we manage and maintain.

We offer all types of property maintenance services from putting up shelves to kitchen and bathroom installations. And if we do not have the skills in-house, we can manage other projects and trades on your behalf with our large network of trades we have worked with in recent years.

Having worked with many contractors over the years and used their services, we felt we could offer the service we always felt we never quite received. We have combined our personal experiences and skills, to qualifications in the hope that we offer a service that people trust, can rely on.

Installation of new WC and various plumbing jobs.
Tanja has visited our offices on several occasions for various plumbing jobs. She is always very friendly, polite and reliable and usually has a very quick turn around time. I have found her work to be of a very high standard and at a reasonable price. Tanya kept me informed of any changes to the job or additional work required and talked everything through with me before carrying this out. I wouldn't hesitate to use Tanya again for any further plumbing jobs.

Remove old radiators and install replacements.
Tanya assessed the room to ensure the correct amount of heat would be put out by the new radiators. He replacements she provided were much lighter, smaller and more attractive than the old ones. She has done several small plumbing jobs for me this year and I find her friendly, polite and reliable. When we had a leak from the bath to the room below, she explained all the possible causes and remedies for each.

Fitted wardrobe and banister, same day as first contacted.
Needed work done on the same day. Duncan was extremely polite, timely and highly efficient. Work completed in good time and to the desired standard. Would recommend hands down.

Painting and decorating.
We gave Duncan and Tanya an almost impossible task to decorate our home in a very short space of time. Their workmanship, attitude, timekeeping, tidiness and general helpfulness was excellent. I really cannot praise them enough. I have already referred them to friends and family.

Winter Preparation. Tile replacement.
Duncan arrived on the date arranged. Unexpected given previous experiences with another company! Quotation was detailed and competitive. Work has been carried out to a high standard with very little disturbance will definately use again for other jobs. Highly recommended.

Decorating lounge
Having read the other reviews and got a good first impression I was hopeful that the job of decorating our lounge would be completed to a high standard. Unfortunately the finished job was far from satisfactory. We were left with paint on the carpet and furniture, some parts of the job were not done and the overall standard of the work was poor. Woodwork and walls were not prepared properly or sanded and paint was applied far too thickly giving a very poor finish.

'I am very sorry the customer was unhappy with the work. There were aspects of the job I was not happy to carry out as I did not think it was possible, and as a result there were difficulties with my clients. We worked more days and charged significantly less to try and solve this issues, but sometimes it ends up in a no win situation. I take the critisim on board and hope to learn from this.'

Various bits around the house.
Duncan was very quick to respond and attend, the work was great lots of nick nacks in new house. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend and will be contacting him in the future.

Redecorate hall, stairs and landing
Tackled a difficult project with several expected and unexpected challenges due to previous (lack of) upkeep of the house. We were informed of what was happening. Very good at cleaning up and keeping the place tidy.

Tap Replacement (not so routine)
Tanya was competent, courteous, friendly and tidy. She came to install a new tap we had ordered, but found that our 'old' tap was a pig to remove, necessitating the use of an electric saw to loosen an over-rusted fitting. She consulted us at all times over decisions and showed us how to turn the pipe valve off in case of an emergency. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her for any plumbing job.
