Boiler replaced. Pipe work re mapped for bathroom.
The whole service provide was excellent. From the moment I contacted them to having the job completed was quick and I was kept well informed about what was happening. Their technical engineer provided me a range of options which were explained to me (not pushed onto me). I went with a Worcester Bosch which we had moved to a new location within my house. The plumber who did the installation was on time and very polite. Their customer care team have also called to make sure I was happy with everything which was a nice touch. I will reuse Heppelthwaite and recommend to friends. Good company.

Non working radiator in upstairs lounge
We have had the misfortune of having several visits from various engineers from this company and unfortunately on each visit have been extremely disappointed. Since moving in over 18 months ago we still do not have a working radiator. We feel this company lacks the ability to communicate with its engineers regarding the problem. In our opinion each engineer has no idea what the former has done or what exactly the problem is. We feel each visit is a complete waste of time and energy.

We accept that the resolution of this job took several visits from our Engineers and understand how frustrating this was for the customer. We were acting on behalf of the Developer and provided this service Free of Charge. This became was a complicated issue which involved input from the developers, the original installers and the designers to trace the course of a blocked pipe hidden within the walls of the property. We apologised to the customer and kept them informed of progress throughout.

Service leak.
Was really helpful and showed me how to get rid of sludge in section attached to boiler. Used for many years now and the service never fails. Always brilliant and keep you informed of arrival time etc.
