We have found that the rendering has started to come away and cracking after 6 weeks We found the plumbing to be of a mediocre standard. Walls don’t seem too vertical. Tidying up was not too great. There has been a leak to the roof and some broken tiles.

This customer has never contacted us in regards to poor workmanship and did settle his invoice in full. We have only learnt of his dis-satisfaction through Checkatrade. We would have made every attempt to rectify any issues, had they been brought to our attention. With regards to the rendering the customer was to paint the outside of the property, as this was to be to his own specification. If he has not done this yet then the weather may have now caused some damage. I always tidy up after I have finished and was led to believe that they were happy with how I left the site. We didn't actually carry out any plumbing work on this project.The customer supplied the roof tiles from a salvage yard, so the quality was not to the standard they would have been if I had supplied them.
