I used Highvac last winter for a small repair to guttering. This year, after a gutter clean didn't solve an overflow problem, Mark returned twice to try to identify where the problem was and both him and his colleague were really helpful, friendly and professional. Thanks to their work and advice, the problem ( which was quite a tricky one) has now been fixed. Considering the amount of time that they put in the cost was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.

We were very pleased with the work carried out, the only reason we gave only an 8 for the workmanship was because we did not get a chance to view the completed works through the cameras as they were not working on the day Mark did the job, and this resulted in a problem not being noticed at the time, however when the rain came and we noticed the problem Mark came back with his camera and was able to sort it out straight away at no extra cost. We will definitely be using Mark next time out guttering needs doing and would recommend him.

Mark has done a fantastic job on the clearing and cleaning of the guttering. He even done a repair to the down pipe at no extra cost and gave feedback on potential problems. Everything was left clean and tidy, wouldn't have known he had been except for the spotless guttering and fascias and the gleaming windows! All done while I was at work. I communicated via email and Mark was prompt with his replies. Would recommend him and his company to anyone.

They cleaned my gutters and conservatory in March and since then I have had two leaks the last one last Friday. They came to fix the gutter both times very quickly and efficiently and for free as their work is guaranteed for a year. Mark fixed my gutter last week in the most torrential rain and was completely drenched but he still turned up smiling. I can't praise him enough.

Mark and Will worked as the perfect team replacing the gutters and correcting the run. They also fitted eave protectors. Initial work on repairs to our guttering was done after we had suffered some leaks. Mark was very courteous when he came to quote for the job and very tidy when he did the work. We discussed a further problem where the guttering design couldn't cope with the volume of water so overflowed and, together, we came up with a solution that Mark installed in March. The torrential rain storms over the last few days have enabled us to test the design and installation and both have passed with flying colours - no more waterfalls over the front door and the porch area stays dry even in heavy rain. After some previous slightly dubious encounters with guttering repairers we are very happy indeed to recommend Mark and Hi-Vac.

I contacted Mark from High Vac and within a few days he had arranged to come and do the work. The surprise was he did more than originally quoted without charging any extra. I was not in when he called but I am very happy with the result, I would not know he had been apart from the clear gutters !!. Very recommended.

This was a very difficult place to access as it was above our carport but Mark quickly found the blockage and cleaned all the gutters around. There was a lot of debris in the gutters above the conservatory too, another place where it was impossible for us to access. The high vac system is amazing, no need for ladders at all. Very safety conscious. Very good service.
