Hi-Spec Building Services Ltd is a small Company that cares about its customers.  The Managing Director, Nick Clist, has 25 years experience in plumbing, heating and building work and prides himself on delivering a high specification finish.  

We can offer expertise in central heating installs, service and maintenance with energy efficiency a high priority.  We install kitchens / bathrooms and can provide a fully project managed service on all building, conversion and extension work.

We have £5m public liability cover and work on private dwellings, schools and offices.

Pump broken on boiler and no hot water.

Really great guy. I have called him out about four times now and every time he has been really helpful and prompt in fixing the problem.

Prompt, professional and courteous service, I cannot praise Nick highly enough and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. The price was a very pleasant surprise considering the work/time involved. I shall definitely ask him to do my bathroom refurbishment in the near future.
