This was only a reliatively small job but high up - like on the end of a gable end but squared off up high. The guttering was hanging off where it had pulled away from rotten wooden facia. They took off the rotten piece of facia and replaced with new wood then clad the length (about 6m) with a upvc facia and re-fixed the guttering. From my initial call on a saturday morning, mr saunders came to look at the job and give an estimate and completed the job all within one week! - perhaps because it was a smaller job it was easy to fit in and around other jobs he had on the go but nethertheless, we were pleased to have it fixed so quickly. We also got another quote for the job (from another trade on here) and Mr saunders was the cheaper of the two. A good job done!

The work was carried out as quoted. Thanks to the weather too, Mr Saunders was able to keep to the date chosen. Obviously until bad weather, we cannot check the leak but we have trusted the work carried out and have been told if any further problems, we should not hesitate to contact again. Very satisfied and the price was right. Definitely choose this company again should the need arise.
