Who We Are:

...we are a small business located in Southampton City Centre covering Southampton, Winchester, Totton, New Forest, Fareham, Portsmouth, Bournemouth and Salisbury. We have helped Home users around the south coast for 6 Years and are currently busier than ever.

Most of our work comes from repeat customers and through recommendations.

We have recently joined a scheme called Check-a-Trade. This enables us to get reviews after each job and show them to the public so you can call us with confidence that we have successfully helped thousands of users. We have very competitive rates for all our customers and will never have a callout charge. If you book us out for 1 hour, that's all you will be paying. If you are in need of advice, give us a call and we can point you in the right direction.

Repairs to computer that would not start

Kept fully informed at all times on progress of work. A highly successful repair in short time (I had deadlines to meet on this machine). Very delighted with the amount charged.

Data backup with supply and install of new HDD

Although initially reluctant to call-out anybody I was pleasantly surprised at the affable and professional attitude shown. A data backup and re-install was done with no fuss and at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to use them again if necessary.

Sorted slow running pc

Arrived later than the arranged time due to over running job, but phoned to explain and to re arrange appointment if needed. Very quickly tidied up the systems to give optimum performance and diagnosed a fault with the memory, an upgrade fitted by another company was not making connection. This was refitted and the pc is back up to full speed. Will use them again and recommend to others

Rebuild Hard Drive

An excellent, thorough and professional job at a very reasonable price. All files were backed up and a new operating system installed. Care was taken to understand my requirements, and these were fully met. A really pleasant communicative team whose advice was sound. I will certainly call on their services again if the need arises and would recommend them without hesitation.

Repaired a graphics card fault and gave information on a printer

Will was very helpful and repaired the graphics card in a way which meant we did not have to buy a new card I would happily recommend Will and will always be using his company in future. Headcorn Management Services

Health Check

Will cleaned my computer as it was overheating, cleared out all my rubbish data and installed a couple of useful programme's, lovely chap I would give him 11/10 if I was able.

Reinstall Vista Laptop

Cleaned up computer
