Arrived later than the arranged time due to over running job, but phoned to explain and to re arrange appointment if needed. Very quickly tidied up the systems to give optimum performance and diagnosed a fault with the memory, an upgrade fitted by another company was not making connection. This was refitted and the pc is back up to full speed. Will use them again and recommend to others

Although Will is a very busy fellow, he managed to fit in an evening appointment to repair software and clean-up our computer. We found him very helpful and efficient. He made our computer safe and usable for two 70 year olds and explained things in a way we readily understood (not an easy matter!).

This is the 2nd time that Will has helped me with my laptop and I would DEFINITELY ask for his help again. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! He knows his subject well. Whilst living in Southampton Will sorted out 2 Desktop Computers which had supposedly been put right by another firm. We were moving to Whitley Bat North Tyneside and had to buy Laptops as we were downsizing to a small apartment. Will set up both Laptops and the all in one printer. When we had moved our ISP altered the information and it did not match the printer. One phone call to Will and the All in One Printer worked as it had before. I am so impressed with this firm that I recommended it to a friend in South Wales since I have had on site experience of Will's work and remote help. I now have peace of mind that if our computers have anything wrong with them I can call Will and lethim take over remotely. I had used 2 firms based in the Southampton area before I found Will so I know that his work is really good. Thanks Will for being able to have peace of mind since I rely on my computer as I cannot get out much and since Joe had his stroke I do not know how he is going to be from day to day but at least I know we will be able to get shopping on line.

My computer completely stopped and Will gave a diagnosis when he called and quoted. He kept me up to date throughout the repair and there was no hidden charges unlike some other repairers. All my parts came with manufacturers warranty and were all new and not recycled. Highly recommend.
