We were instructed to remove and dispose of furniture. At no point were we asked to carry out any cleaning works. We were asked to carry out a house clearance only and this is what we did. We have had no complaints to indicate that our customer was unhappy with the works we carried out and with this in mind we do not understand the low rating for cleaning that has been given, however we would like to apoligise to our customer if she was in any way unimpressed with any works that were carried out.

Kitchen was installed correctly, customer would not pay invoice on completion of works. We used customers materials, customer damaged flooring, we offered to regrout floor, customer declined, we do not accept his comments, customer is a non payer.
