Pleased with conservatory installation and staff very professional. However, after sales is poor! Have been waiting for 5 weeks for a leak to be repaired!

We dispute this claim as this customer has been very hard to get hold of and has cancelled appointments. We have left messages on their answer machine on many occasions and they have not returned our calls, Jan 25th message left, 2nd Feb visit booked, customer cancelled, 9th Feb left message, 22nd Feb left message, 7th March we spoke to the customer and booked fitter for 22nd March, hoped leak had been dealt with, however advised customer if it still leaks we would come back. The customer has advised us the leak is still there and we are booked to return.
In our opinion we feel the feedback is not correct due to the amount of rain, we do have to let the customer know that fitters may have to return if on the day we are booked we get heavy rain, as it is nearly impossible to get a glass roof on in those conditions.
