Remove old conventional boiler and replace with combination boiler
We are very pleased with the work completed, which was done to a high standard. Trevor was punctual, polite and completed the installation in the time advised. He was always willing to explain what was being done and took time to explain how the new system worked. He worked very tidily and we would certainly recommend him to others.

Repair leaking water pipe
Trevor came at very short notice and although it took two visits to completely fix the problem he was very helpful, polite and professional. That it was not fixed first time was purely down to him trying to find the least expensive remedy. Thoroughly recommended!

Replacing a radiator
Trevor is clear and straightforward when discussing the job. Although he was late arriving, he did call ahead and let us know. He is very well mannered and knowledgeable - giving me a number of options and being clear about the cost implications of each. I would certainly use Trevor again and would recommend him.

Boiler installation and bathroom fitting
Trevor did a fantastic job, exactly as requested - he hid all the pipes we didn't want to see, finished the bathroom beautifully, and the boiler and heating are working perfectly. He was also very good at keeping in touch, by phone, email and text, and was happy to advise us on a couple of bits we wanted to do ourselves.

Removal of old floor-level boiler + immersion tank, installation of wall-mounted combi boiler, removal of two radiators + fitting new one, new thermostats + power flush
Trevor was polite and thorough, providing detailed information and completing the work quickly, though it started later and took longer than originally estimated due to complexity and availability - this is a busy time of year for boiler work! The time without heating or hot water was kept to a minimum, and we're delighted with the new boiler and the quality of the workmanship. Trevor even came around ten days after the installation and spent an hour fixing a couple of small bugs, and walking me through the settings. Overall, we were very pleased with Trevor's work and would use him again for other plumbing projects.

New combi boiler system and radiator valves and one new radiator.
Completed the work well and on time, exactly as quotation. Trevor had a really good and helpful manner, worked hard, very tidy and pleasant personality. He identified a 5th problem, which he repaired for me.

Re-routing of pipe work and re-connection of boiler.
I was in fact charged less than the estimate because the work took less time than anticipated. I couldn't have wished for a more competent or more pleasant person. Will definitely use again.

Strip out old heating system and install new boiler and new radiators
Cannot recommend Trevor too highly - he worked incredibly hard, was competitively priced and was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Where we had concerns Trevor addressed these and went out of his way to ensure that we were happy with the end product. The house was left clean and tidy. I would happily recommend him to friends and family and would definitely use again in the future.
