Matt carried out the work he was methodical and despite having to take up numerous floorboards when he'd finished it didn't look as if he'd moved anything. He then took out our old gas fire and back boiler, again completely clearing up the mess. He was very courteous and friendly. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Both members of the team were courteous and considerate, Eric kept me informed at all times of the work that needed to be done. The work was completed to a high standard and Eric cleaned up after himself and ensured that I was happy with the boiler and the operating instructions before he left. Eric did a great job of replacing our old boiler, hot water tank, and cold water tank (in loft) with a new combi boiler in the loft. There was a lot of work to do but they managed to finish the job in two days. Eric included in his quote replacement of all the radiator valves and installation of thermostatic valves on every radiator, which was a differentiator for us.

Eric and Matt were superb throughout the significant work that has recently been carried out on our house. They provided a very reasonable quote for the initial work (and Eric had already helped us with our old boiler so we new that his work and pricing was excellent) and continued on to deliver a very good service for all work. They also worked very well with the builders who were onsite - arranging convenient times to disconnect and reconnect various supplies. All in all - a good price and excellent standards of delivery!

Work was done very efficiently and safety record completed. An adjustment was also made to the cover of the pump switch housing which had been put on backwards and the pump was only running on level 3 which was a bit noisy. I was also given some advice about the pump quality and what we should replace it with should the need arise. I was also given some free advice about the kitchen tap which was very useful.

Eric and Matt were very good and professional from start to finish. They kept the place extremely tidy, hoovered up and wiped down the surfaces before leaving each day. They explained how they would change bathroom rads to heated towel rails with the minimum of disruption to existing bathroom. I was also given the option of changing the pump in the airing cupboard at the same time and was given costs on the spot but with no pressure to have it done as it was an extra. Great guys, we have been very happy with the work carried out and would definitely recommend them.
