The work was for the complete decoration of a 1-bedroom flat in Morecambe. The work was carried out in a very professional manner and in a very quick time. The quality of the work was proven as a prospective tenant visited just before the works were complete and immediately signed a tenancy agreement. The works were carried out for a much less price than local contractors had quoted. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of works.

As it was an outside job it was dependant on the weather but even when the weather was good a job could continue. He never contacted me to when the work would resume. I had to do all the contacting, which at times was difficult as he did not answer the phone. I do not believe that the company prepared the back of the house in a proper manner, it is less than a year and the poor quality of the work shows.

Customer was advised the rear clapperboard was not in an ideal state and needed further work to provide a better surface, however they decided against it to try to keep the price down and I reluctantly followed their wishes. I contacted the customer but unfortunately the relationship broke down and although I have offered a refund in order that they can have the clapperboard repainted this was rejected. We are totally committed to providing a quality service and regret that on this occasion it has not been possible to come to a satisfactory conclusion.
