Removal of internal walls, install steelwork, diversion of wastepipies
Both Dan and Darren were professional and courteous thoughout the work. We were kept well informed on how the job was progressing bearing mind I was at work myself most of the time. Always readily available on the telephone when I needed to speak as well. The quality of work was excellent and the site was kept tidy at the end of each shift. Would definitely recommend Huldec to anyone else.

Moving of two bathroom mirrors, a little tiling and general touching up around the property
Although this was a small job, Dan turned up punctually and worked all day. The areas repaired were all completed to a high quality. I would recommend him for any decorating task.

Wallpapering a "feature" wall and replacing curtain pole
I was very happy with the way my wallpaper was hung - very meticulous with perfect pattern matching. I was also expecting just the curtain pole to be hung, but Dan had also put the curtains up, fully hoovered the entire room and put all the furniture back in place.

Re decorated my bedroom
When Huldec came to give me a price for the decorating in my bedroom, Dan turned up on time and was clean and tidy. We went through colours and ideas for the room, we also went through how long it would take and what times they start and finish. I was given a price there and then, which in the post followed a letter with the quote. I was very impressed with the communication, workmanship and service. I highly recommend Huldec Ltd

Plastering and decorating our main bedroom.
We asked Dan to re-plaster our bedroom walls and ceiling and paint and he did exactly that. The walls were all over the place beforehand, but when he was done they were as smooth as a babys bottom. He gave us a good price as well and completed on time. In fact he did the entire job while I was away on holiday, so I can honestly say I trust him as well. To this day Dan keeps in touch and I have recommended him to a number of my friends.

Kitchen and Hallway Refurbishment after a flood
As the description explains, the work we had done in our property by Huldec was following a large flood in our flat. The flood was due to a fault with another properties plumbing, so there were a number of parties, including estate agents, insurance companies, loss adjusters and landlords who ended up involved. Needless to say, the situation was not easy to organise but Dan at Huldec came to our rescue! All work was undertaken quickly and professionally to a fantastic standard. Dan dealt with various people for us so there was no hassle from our point of view at all. The job was completed on budget and was actually finished a couple of days early - as someone who knows nothing about building and fears DIY, I have to say that Dan was a dream to have around on this project - he explained things clearly, concisely and simply! I would recommend Huldec without hesitation.
