I am very sorry to hear that our client was not happy with the workmanship involved in the installation of these windows. Unfortunately we had employed a 'very highly respected' and well known local window company, whom we have successfully dealt with in the past, to install these aluminium units on our behalf, as we do not manufacture and fit aluminium units ourselves. We accept full responsibility for any works that were carried out, as the company we instructed, were working under our banner and their fitters were representing our company. If I had known our client was not happy, I would have dealt with this issue myself immediately and still will if needed. I have sent a copy of our clients remarks and low appraisal to the window company to bring this to their attention.

Took a while to finish as there was a problem with the lighting and we had to nag a bit to get fixed but we are very happy with it now. I would recommend this company.
