Fixing pipework leak which was causing staining to kitchen ceiling.

Installed Honeywell replacement.

Ivan arrived dead on time. Tried to produce the most economical solution. When this was not possible he installed a Honeywell replacement. Super job done with excellent feedback. Very highly recommended.

Service of boiler and gas fire

I had asked Ivan to carry out a service to our boiler and gas fire as we'd just moved into a new property. Unfortunately he also discovered a gas leak which resulted in a visit from the National Grid who disconnected our supply. Faced with the prospect of no heating, hot water or cooker whilst outside it was -1 and snowing it took all of our persuasive powers to get National Grid to actually repair the fault when they didn't actually care that it was their responsibility or that we would freeze. Ivan was brilliant. He stayed with me the whole time, over two hours, then carried on with the service and at the end actually wanted to charge me less. I paid him more but that still didn't feel enough for the help and support he gave me in what was a really stressful situation. In the end he stayed three and a half hours which was way over what I'd asked him to do. I am so grateful and would highly recommend him. Thank you Ivan
