A couple of small jobs that turned out to be more complicated than first thought. Ivan was very helpful and talked through what he needed to do without using jargon. He was very flexible and worked round when I was able to be home as he did the work in 2 evenings. Next time I need some plumbing doing - Ivan will be the first person I call.
