I M TRAYNOR is a family run company that has been trading since 2000.  Ian Traynor has around 26 years experience in the construction industry, of these 17 years were spent with one company he is therefore well placed to offer advice and guidance.

We offer a range of roofing services from a complete new roof  to replacing one slipped tile. We regularly work with a structural engineer on projects and will handle everything for you from the initial design idea and see this through to completion with the council.

All of our work meets or surpasses current planning and building regulations.

Building work
Building work undertaken and performed to a very high standard. Everything left clean and tidy. Very courteous service. If there is a problem with timing, we are informed in advance and kept in the picture. Very strongly recommended.

Leaking roof

Mr Traynor came to estimate for the work but: He turned up (on time), inspected the roof, diagnosed the problem, fixed it. Job Done. It really poured today (3 Jan 2012) and not a drop entered. Excellent job, excellent value. A polite and professional person.

Removal of ridge tiles and bonnets.

Mr Traynor did a great job. Everything was on time, on schedule and on estimate. Doubt we will need him again as our roof is now secure but have recommended him to a number of people already. Very happy!
