Ian came out on a very wet and windy morning as soon as I had called him after a bad storm had ripped off a lot of the cladding on the side of my 3 storey house (this was not cladding he had put up) He made it safe by removing cladding that was hanging off and gave us good advice without knowing if he would get the job. He arranged for scaffold to be put up very quickly and came out and removed all the rest of the cladding so that it was safe. He has since replaced the cladding and we are very pleased with the work

Had a complete new roof on our town house. Only saw the roofer when he came to give quote and came for payment as I was at work while they were doing the job. He acted very quickly when I contacted him as we had opened a window and got it stuck (our fault) but were worried as it was a security risk. He came round in about 10 mins after I told him about it and sorted it for me. Only took 2 days to complete the job.

The contractors worked very hard and accomplished the task in a timely manner and to a good standard. I was advised that the work was guaranteed for six years, but that if I had any reason to call them back to attend to any concerns (..I have none ), then all I needed to do was call and they would arrange to deal with whatever needed attention. I cannot comment on quality of workmanship, as am unable to get onto the roof to inspect the repairs (due to height of building scaffolding had to be erected). However, Ian was very helpful, and also dealt with a couple of other minor issues on other areas of the roof we asked him to look at, without increasing the initial estimate.
