We asked for quotes from several traders but we immediately knew from Ian's initial visit that we wanted him to do the work, even before his quote had arrived. He was very thorough and really listened to our ideas and requirements, taking on board exactly what we wanted and offering advice based on his experience which really helped. This allowed him to make a detailed quotation rather than a vague estimate. He made sure that the job was completed within our tight time limits as we had a baby on the way! We couldn't be more satisfied with our new boiler and especially the bathroom which is exactly what we imagined. We would not hesitate to recommend Ian as someone who knows his trade and works to exacting standards. It was a pleasure to have him working in our home.
