I would give Ian 11/10! Ian responded to my call out immediately and quoted me what I thought to be a competitive price for the job which he said he could do the following day. Unfortunately for Ian the job was not straightforward and he spent over an hour trying to get the cable to come out of a very small hole in the back of a cupboard, made worse by the fact that he had his head in a very confined space for all of that time. The job took him far longer than he expected but he didn't increase the price he had quoted.

Ian arrived at the agreed time and began work after discussing my exact requirements for fitting the dish and running the cables. All the work was finished to an excellent standard and full testing was carried out on the system to insure all was working correctly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend I R Welfare because when a small fault with a connector manifested itself the following day Ian arrived within an hour a quickly rectified the fault, that's the sort of service I'm pleased to recommend.
