Replaced Hot Water Cylinder
I had a disaster on Saturday as my old hot water cylinder had leaked on Friday night in the kitchen. I called Ian on the Saturday morning and he came in the afternoon to check the problem before ordering a new tank. I knew, from his personality that he was genuine and wasn't going to "rip me off"!! He turned up on Monday morning exactly at 9:30 as agreed with the new tank. He was tidy, professional and clearly knows his trade. Very impressed with the service and will definitely use him again should the need arise. Don't bother looking anywhere else!

Stopped dripping/running tap.
Fixed dripping/running tap. Recommended that we get new taps as ours were worn out. Tried to fix leak under kitchen sink but it wasn't fixed.

Response from Ian's Plumbing & Drainage:
We replaced the gland on the bathroom taps because the old gland had broken and advised the client that the taps would need replacing because the seats were badly damaged. We advised the client that the washing machine valve was dripping and needed replacing but because it was a rented property they were not willing to pay for the repair.
