Diagnosis of shower pump fault.
Ian was very prompt and helpful in diagnosing the problem with our shower pump. He then researched the best solution for us and put forward a reasonable estimate very quickly. In the event the work was not needed as the manufacturer accepted a warranty claim. However we were very pleased with Ian's helpful approach and would recommend him very highly.
