When this order was taken we were quoting an estimated delivery lead time of 6 weeks. Due to high sales volumes in the period following this the lead time was in fact 7½ weeks from sale to installation. We apologise for the extended lead time but are glad to see that this customer still scored us 10 across the board despite the fact that we were late with the installation date.
