I.L.S Brickwork was founded in 2011, due to building up my custom over a 10 year period in the building industry and thought it was time to try on my own. Looking back it was the best decision I've made. I'm 26 years old and capable of undertaking all aspects of bricklaying, flint work, damp proofing, patios, extensions and new builds etc.

Mr Shaw re-built one of our garden walls, replaced old coving and re-pointed two other walls. He turned up on time, was polite and his work is to a high standard. I have since had two other small jobs done again to the same standard. I would be happy to recommend this company.

This company has completed several jobs for us, from repairing a chimney stack to re-erecting a loose garden wall which had collapsed and a chimney breast removed. All carried out to our total satisfaction.

Taking out old fire place for log burner, installing Oak beam and lintle, and quarry hearth and new brickwork.

Very tidy and punctual. His passion for the job was really great to see, the standard of workmanship was superb. Nothing was too much trouble.

Howard is an excellent Bricklayer with an exceptionally high standard of work. He is reliable, hardworking and a friendly, honest man. I would have no hesitation in recommending Howard, he is fully competent and has a vast knowledge of the building trade.
