Knock-thru of downstairs accommodation, to provide open plan living area.
Rob Miller did an excellent job! Was recommended by a friend and did not disappoint. It was an unavoidably messy and disruptive job, Rob did all he could to make things as pain-free as possible and was friendly and communicative throughout. Workmanship and attention to detail 100%. Came in on schedule and on budget. Would use him again if he was available in my timescales but he is in great demand. If you can book him, use him!

Bathroom gutted and rebuilt.
Rob did a very good job with bringing down a wall between old toilet room and bathroom, repositioning loft hatch on landing and completely redoing the bathroom from scratch. His work ethic is faultless and he always puts the customer first and makes them his priority! We had chosen Rob through Checkatrade as he had good feedback and he was local to use. Since using Rob, we have already recommended him to our family and I'm sure we'll be asking him back in future.

Large opening created between two reception rooms.
Rob was very professional and went above and beyond to give us a good result. This is an old house with difficult walls that threw him a few curve balls but he overcame these, taking great pride in his work and keeping us informed at all times. Would highly recommend him. Will be using him again.

New brick porch built, new boundary walls to front and back gardens.
Excellent first class friendly service from Rob and all the guys who worked on the job. All mess and noise was kept to a minimum and everywhere was cleaned once the work was finished. Excellent communication throughout. He made sure that the job was finished to the same standard as if it was his home. Extremely happy and will definately use again - ).I have already recommended him to friends requiring work.

Hard landscaping to back garden.
Roberts creativity has provided us with a very attractive and functional extension to our home. Our garden is large but clay-soiled and prone to flooding so was practically unusable. This was 2nd stage of the work and we now have sandstone paving, paths and a raised area with railway sleepers. Robert discussed each stage with us and has blended the paving with the garden so that we have a usable space without losing too much naturalness. It's been a pleasure to have Rob and Brad working here and we would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone not sure on how to proceed with a gardening project.

New patio, hardstand and fencing.
Rob and his assistant worked hard to complete the patio in Indian sandstone together with a new hardstanding area and 80ft of fencing. They were courteous and tidy. I will use them again.
