My career in the drainage industry first began some 25 years ago, back in 1987 when I worked for a major drain company. Despite enjoying the work I did, and my time spent at the firm who employed me, I just was not comfortable with the prices they charged. It just did not sit well with me that customers had to pay such high rates, as well as our engineers being advised to make the jobs last longer.
Over the years I managed to grow in experience but felt increasingly dissatisfied with the policies adopted by the organisation. I eventually decided to leave the company and so trained for a career in plumbing and gas (to be gas safe registered), following in our long-standing family tradition.
Through my work in this industry I did gain some experience in maintaining blocked drains, however I lacked the equipment Required to really complete the task to a professional standard. This led me on to investing in the leading industry machinery and equipment expected as part of the armory of any reputable drain maintenance specialist.
Since setting up Instant Drains I have never looked back and really love what I do. It gives me immense pleasure to do a great job for people and offer such a professional service at prices our customers can afford. And if they ever require sound advice, we are perfectly placed to guide them on how to prevent any problem from re-occurring.
Instant Drains is a family-run business, with the pride and passion for what we do running deep in the family. You can rest assured, we literary know drains inside and out, gained from our vast drainage and plumbing experience.
