Very disappointed
Purchased an electric fire from this company in November 2025 . They came to fit the fire the following week the flue pipe apparently was out of sock and it was agreed that this would be fitted as soon as it was available . Unfortunately the fire was damaged during the fitting . The owner advised that he had another fire in stock and once the flue pipe was received would replace the damaged fire and fit the flue pipe. Since then I have been given numerous excuses and 6 months later still await undamaged fire and flue pipe .Job location: CT510 Posted 22 April 2020

Removal of gas fire, chimney swept, fitting of new gas fire.
