Alpha Flow Smart Gas Saver
The customer wanted to free up the space in the airing cupboard to enable an en suite to be enlarged into this space but was a little concerned with the water delivery that a standard combination boiler would offer and also trying to fit a combination boiler into the existing space occupied by the old boiler in a recently fitted kitchen.Space not particular used for more than storage in the garage was chosen to house an Alpha CD35C combination boiler complete with Flow Smart thermal store and Gas Saver module, this installation then gave the customer the benefit of an endless supply of hot water with a performance that outstrips an unvented hot water cylinder Fulll details and figures can be found on the manufacturers website via links on my own website

New surround and new gas fire.
An old existing dated wooden surround complete with a 25 year old fire was removed and replaced with this modern surround and more efficient fire, note the sliding control on the right hand side for ease of use, this was specifically chosen as a lot of modern style fires require the user to use controls via the low level front fire guard making it difficult for the more senior of my customers

Alpha CD24R Magnaclean
Old floor standing open flue boiler replaced with A rated high efficiency Alpha boiler with vertical flue assembly fitted inconjunction with a system Magnaclean in a new position within the garage thus freeing up valuable space in the customers kitchen

Servicing of Central Gas Heater, Identifying leak and fixing, fixing tap leaks
After servicing the old boiler and repairing a leak on the system the customer asked us back to provide a quote to update his central heating. This was done with the installation of an Alpha Flow Smart system fitted in the roofspace

Basin and toilet stripped out ready for installation of new units along with basin and toilet

Bathroom refitted
New cabinets with concealed cistern and semi recessed basin complete with a new chrome towel rail all ready for the customer to have new cushion flooring laid.
