Decorate a 3 bedroom flat by painting and papering
I thought I was getting a professional decorator but the standard of his work was certainly not. I had paper coming away from the walls, bumps in the wallpaper, lounge ceiling plastered - not flat has bumps and the coving is really bad you can see the joins

Response from J & C Decorators:
In response to customers comments: I advised the customer with regards to the ceiling plastering it would be best to bond and skim and the bumps on the walls it would be best to cross line all walls before papering, the customer chose not to take this advice. All paper was fine and secure when we left the job. This is an unfortunate situation for both the customer and myself, which I regret. However I must stress the customer paid in full and was happy with the work when we left. The customer made no attempt to contact me for over a month after the work was completed regarding a refund. I would like to say potential new customers please refer to my other over sixty feedbacks. Finally I would just like to say this is the only negative feedback I have received in three years.

Interior Painting and Coving
I asked Jason to paint two bedrooms and add coving to the larger bedroom of the two. In hindsight, I wish I’d asked a professional coving installer to add the coving first. Jason the man, who fixed the coving, didn’t do a particularly great job: you can instantly see the join between each piece of coving and he didn’t use a proper mitre for the corners. However, this is where my criticism ends. Regarding the painting, I am more than happy with the job that Jason did. The painting’ s to an excellent finish, he filled-in all the holes in the skirting boards before painting them, and left the room in an immaculate condition afterwards. I certainly would consider using J&C Decorators again for any painting job.

Redecoration of Hall
Jason has just decorated our hall to a fantastic standard. We are so pleased with the results. Jason is punctual, hardworking and nice to deal with. The job was completed quicker than I expected which was a pleasant surprise. I have used Jason for jobs in the past and will use him for jobs again in the future. Cant recommend enough. Thank you!
