Re-fix radiator to lounge wall
Reasonably priced. Came the same day and were punctual. Would use again. Persevered with this fiddly job as the house is 100 years old, and the wall is showing its age! Thank you.

Renovation and conversion of Outbuilding into a Utility Room
There really should be photos to fully show the excellent transformation of my dilapidated outbuilding into a modern utility room with toilet. This is the third project that J&M Building Services has completed for me and throughout the professionalism and quality of workmanship have both been to a high standard. Kitchen Replacement and Refurbishment
I am extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Kitchen. Jim exceeded my expectations with a job that was very trying. I had purchased my kitchen from the internet (which I do not recommend) which was incomplete and difficult to fit because of the poor quality. However, given the difficult materials to work with Jim persevered and I now have a complete kitchen which has been fitted to a very high quality. Because of my mistake in ordering poor quality materials there were additional costs that I had to bear due to the additional labour and materials, Jim was very understanding and fair with his prices for this additional work. I would very much recommend J and M Building Services Ltd. To anyone thinking of having any building work done on their house.

Bathroom and Toilet replacement
The Bathroom and Toilet were completed to my satisfaction - the quality of workmanship and materials were both to a high standard. Additional work that was required was brought to my attention in an open and honest way and additional costs were very fair. All round I am glad I employed J and M Building Services to install my new Bathroom and Toilet and would most certainly recommend them to any one looking for a builder.

Plastering of 2 rooms, and removing fireplace and built in cabinets
The work completed was to a good standard, and the price we were quoted was very accurate and Jim was very happy to oblige to any extra things we wanted along the way. They always tidied after themselves and kept the mess to a minimal. It took slightly longer to finish than anticipated but this was through things that couldn't be helped and we were kept informed at all times. I would definately recommend them to family and friends and will be rebooking them in the near future for more work. All in all we were very satisfied with work done.

Floor tiled with natural Limestone tiles.

Kitchen Refit
Jim and his young assistant were very efficient and the work which had been generally estimated by other contractors as 5 days was completed in 3. No reservations about the quality of work and they were flexible in listening to my individual requests. Price quoted was all inclusive and there were no hidden extras. In all one satisfied customer.
